These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rpntwear.com and any purchase you make from RPNT (Personal Revival), based in Minnesota, United States ("RPNT", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Our products
Every RPNT item is printed to order after you buy it. We make every effort to show colors, prints and fit accurately, but screens differ and small variations in color, print placement and size (about 1 to 3 cm) are normal for made-to-order apparel and are not considered defects. Please review the size guide on each product before ordering.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders with pricing or listing errors, or orders we cannot fulfill. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full. Prices, products and collections may change at any time without notice.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through our e-commerce platform and its payment providers. You agree that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4. Shipping and returns
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Because every item is made for you, all sales are final except for defective, damaged or incorrect items, as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Discount and partner codes
Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and are limited to one per order. Partner (creator) codes apply only to a customer's first order. We may end or change any promotion at any time, and we may cancel orders that misuse codes.
6. Intellectual property
The RPNT name, logo, designs, product photos, written reflections and all other site content belong to RPNT and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without our written permission. Scripture quotations are from the King James Version (KJV), which is in the public domain in the United States. The free ebooks we offer may be shared for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false information.
8. Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, RPNT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
10. Third-party services
Our store runs on Shopify, and orders are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, is the one that applies.
